Cynthia Carter Perrilliat, MPA is Executive Director of Alameda County Care Alliance, a faith-based program serving people with advanced illness care needs and their families/caregivers to meet their physical, psychological, spiritual and advance care planning needs. Her decade of end of life care program development for Duke University, VITAS Healthcare, Kaiser Permanente and others has been dedicated to serving the African American, Latino and Asian American communities. She also serves as a Minister at Allen Temple Baptist Church in Oakland, CA.
