For young people with cancer, the support of others with the disease is often the lifeline that keeps them going. Yet the painful reality is that some of the friends they made during treatment don’t survive. Actor, director and producer Justin Baldoni talks with three young adults who have lived with cancer, Prince Aidoo, Stephen Heaviside and Angeliki Pelehrinis, about surviving survivorship and honoring those they lost along the way.

Justin Baldoni is an actor, director, producer, speaker and entrepreneur focused on being of service through his work creating impactful media and entertainment. Creator and director of the award-winning documentary series,My Last Days, Justin made his feature film directorial debut withFive Feet Apart. His latest film,Clouds, premiered on October 16, 2020.
Prince Aidoo experienced cancer at ages fourteen and seventeen, and subsequently needed a bone marrow transplant. He is an ambassador for the Teenage Cancer Trust and has created campaigns for Teen Cancer America. He believes every teenager going through cancer should be treated on a dedicated teenage and young adult cancer ward.
Stephen Heaviside was diagnosed with testicular cancer in 2013 and has been in remission for six years. He is an advocate for adolescent and young adults with cancer as well as a writer and musician.
Angeliki Pelehrinis was diagnosed with Hodgkin’s lymphoma when she was nineteen years old. Three years cancer-free, she now has a bachelor of science in biology and currently works as an emergency department medical scribe while applying to nursing school.
